Fall Fun just around the corner

Fall is one of the most beautiful times of year for me.
To see all the beautiful colors that nature brings, reds, oranges, yellows, and browns.
Then to get out and enjoy a nature hike, go to an orchard, pick apples, pumpkins, and most of all you get to embrace all the wonderful senses of Fall.
Walk slowly and hear crunching of the leaves under foot, the animals scurrying about gather goodies for the winter. Taking your time to watch them, no hurries, just slow and peaceful.
Then all the wonderful smells, pine trees, pine cones, the crisp air that floats with many wonderful things. Wood stoves burning, apple pies, peach pies, cobblers, enticing you with their wonders and taste of home.

I know I will be baking up some good ole' comfort foods, along with my 2yr.old grand babe Jake, "my tippy toe helper".
He LOVES to help his "Ginny" (sounds like guinea)  in the kitchen. He has now mastered the "cutting of bananas" The look on his precious face when he was allowed to "cut" (using a butter knife) was pure EXCITEMENT, and his words were "Ginny I cut !" Bring children into the kitchen is FUN, they can learn so many things even at the tender age of 2.

Apple Brown Betty

Rustic Apple Dumplin's
Rustic Apple Dumplins
The wonderful fall spice mixes are ready to go to fill my home with the wonders of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger....
Peaceful Home,
Comfort Home, a home where you can"sit a spell."

Hot Chocolate Mix Charlie's Gourmet

Coffee, Chai Tea,  or Hot Chocolate, is waiting here for you to enjoy.

Some of the Goodies that will be on our table this fall are: Yummy Creamy Potato Soup, topped with some bacon and cheese. This Potato Soup has been handed down to me from generation's, and it was originally called "Poor Man's Soup" STILL to this day, it is my all time favorite simple delicious soup :) yummmmm :)

Another simple soup is my Cabbage Veggie Soup. Simmers in the pot for a few hours and turns into this delicious tummy filling, warm ya' up soup.
Having a family dinner, Honey Ginger Chicken in the oven "getting it's glaze on." The house full of more wonderful Fall smells, the warmth from the oven in the kitchen makes for a cozy place.

Welcome, Embrace, Enjoy the new exciting season that is soon upon us. If you have never been to an orchard to pick some fruits and veggies, I so encourage you to take a bit of time to enjoy this with the family. This is a picture of me and Jake picking cherries at our local orchard.  It was a super fun day with me, Tayls, & Jake. We have planned on making it a monthly event when the orchard is open.

Remember Life changes as fast as the seasons, it goes by in a blink of an eye. You may wake one day and wonder "where, why, how, when ,what" Don't get "stuck" in the fast pace of this world. Slow down, take some time to do something you have not done, and most importantly ENJOY your family & friends. Each one has a story, love, something special to give.
Many hugs & love sent to you,
Kimmi

A new adventure will be coming up in a few short weeks, I am super excited to share :)

Spring Time

It has been a long time since i have updated , so here are some "catch ups"
Dear grand-babe will be turning 2 in a few short months. Spending time with him has been , fun, exciting, and plenty of laughter :)

As you all know Spring is here and summer is just around the corner :)
So it is time to grab those farm grown veggies & fruits and it helps support the local farmers.
This is a picture of one of our favorite summer dishes, with local farmed fresh Asparagus :) I used some of my yummy Country Soul Seasonings  and lightly coated then in some EVOO.

Now after the gentle toss, we wrapped them in crescent rolls and turkey bacon, baked in oven till the crescent rolls were done and turkey bacon was crisp. This was a favorite dish that was repeatedly requested. Nothing taste better then the local produce :)

Now here is another use for Country Soul.
Make "Chicken Cordon Bleu" This was super simple, didnt have the "correct" fillings so IMPROVISE. Use what you have on hand, and sprinkle the flattened out chicken breast with some EVOO & Country Soul, layer the inside with whatever cheese and meat you have, roll up, sprinkle again with the seasoning and EVOO and this is what you can have.
(I used provolone and tavern baked ham in my dish.)

There are so many uses for Country Soul, that you cant go wrong, use your imagination & get creative and you will be eating some delicious foods.
So take some time in your shopping to stop off at some local farmers markets, ma & pop stands and grab some of natures goodness :)

Enjoy your week :)

Holidays

Hi everyone!!
It has been a very long time since I have been able to catch up on my sweet blog, so here it goes :)
Things have been moving quickly, dear sweet grand babe is growing like a weed :)
One of the many fun things about him is he LOVES to cook, yeppers cook/bake & eat :)

I am so excited because this is a cherished memory I have of being a "tippy toe helper" in my mommom's kitchen growing up. This is where we shared many stories as I grew and we formed that special bond that is dear to my heart.

I have always said if I could be half of the wonderful person my sweet mommom was when I am old, then I would feel that I accomplished more in life then anything.
She was so full of  kindness, love, a generous heart , peace, patience, joy, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.

So instead of waiting for the typical time to start a "New Year's Resolution" (that we all know we eventually break) I am starting my "GOAL" of becoming a woman that has a heart of love, joy for others, showing the peace and kindness to all that pass by me.
This is what my sweet grandparents had shown us kids during their years on earth.

So this year, each day pick one of the "gifts" below and do it for a whole day, then repeat till you have went through them all, do this for the whole month and you will see an amazing change in everything around you.

love
 joy
 peace
 patience
 kindness
 goodness
faithfulness
gentleness
 self-control

Merry Christmas to all.
This is a  old picture of our dog Winnie, he was a funny boy and a great friend who is deeply missed. BUT he gave us many laughter along his years so I just wanted to share a picture of how funny and what a great furbaby he was :)

Hugs & Love to all :)

New Year New YOU :)

Well another new year is upon us. I know we all think of resolutions to make, but only to break in a few weeks, so for my "new year new you" is going to be to concentrate on me, loving myself for all the imperfections that can turn out to be some great qualities.
After all we are all imperfect and i feel we should not dwell on these things, so lets have a great year and turn them around.
It seems to be when you look at all your imperfections it just brings in negativity.Do we really need to be negative in a world full of negative people?

Are you falling into that pit of what others tend to say?
Are you believing them?
Are you putting yourself down?
Did you used to have a burning passion?
Did someone or something put out that flame?

Well now is the time to step it up and begin feeling good about yourself, after all we are all different and unique and we should be embracing all our differences not putting them down.
Everyone has a different view of life, fun, laughter, what they see from their own eyes, the beauty is different for each one of us. so enjoy it!

We ALL have different goals, dreams, sense of humor, so embrace your talents and do not look at them as failures! When we stop looking at things this way many opportunities are just waiting for you to take hold and make it work, so when that door opens take a leap and see what you can make of it.

Are you afraid to take a step?
Are you afraid of failure?
Are you afraid of what others will think?
Are you lacking in the confidence area?

Well as each day brings a new sunrise and a new moon we should look at ourselves in this way, a new time to become more confident in ourselves!

Do you stress over simple things?
Do you say "oh i could never accomplish that?"
Do you have fear of trying something new?
Do you tend not to see the little things life is offering you?
Do you stay in your own little box and not step outside of the lines?

Embrace life to the fullest, make it fun, play in the rain, be goofy, after all we can make our life a fun responsible way to live. Remember the little joys of things we did as kids? Well take a look back at all the fun things you did, the little jokes, the games you played, why not bring out a board game and play with people. After all in order to not become depressed is to have fun, so call someone , spend a bit of time revisiting old fun things, bring new & old traditions back into your life.

So start the new year off with a bang, LOVE YOU for YOU :) If you are feeling like some of the questions i have listed, answer them, and reflect on how to make it better, you need to take care of you before you can fully take care of someone or something else in your life.

As for me, i ask myself these questions all the time, and i do fall into that horrid pit! BUT no more, this is the year of new beginnings and great things to come to all of us. Sometimes we get stuck in that box, but hey it is cardboard so go ahead and and start cutting out a window, then the door and take a leap outside, color it with all your love and passion and let everyone see how you are blossoming this year!!  EMBRACE you!!!! LOVE you!!!! surround yourself with people who LOVE you for YOU!!!!!
Many hugs sprinkled upon you in your new loving year of your 1st step for you!

Now here is a few pictures of a wonderful happy baby, my grandbabe Jake, everyday he wakes up happy, ready for a new beginning, a new day of learning, a new day of laughter, a new day of being loved immensely, babies have no idea what happened yesterday and they know who truly loves them. They trust with all their heart & soul for them to be taken care of with love , respect, being safe, and they feel the joys of every day. They are dependent on family. So take a step back and view some things from a child's eyes, learn again how to be joyful for the simple things of life :)

Jake & me,
my grandma name is Ginnie,
this was taken
December 26th ,2011

This is how Jake wakes up, he didn't even have his breakfast yet!!
happy boy he is :)
This is Christmas morning
Yeaaaa i have a new crib toy with a mirror!!
he was sooo happy to see this,
i guess he thinks
"now i will have someone to talk to when i wake"....lolol

This is Jake with his great, great, grandfather. He spent the whole time loving Jake and giving him kisses and telling him all about things he did and told us to keep telling him stuff so he will know all about his great, great grandfather. It was so priceless and brought joy to your heart to see such love happening here between them both. Jake was so comfortable in his arms that he actually fell asleep while playing with a toy while being held. Babies know who love them !!  they feel it in their little bodies :)

So everyone, embrace YOUR life, make it a good one, make it special, make it something you will remember, make positive changes, and remember everyday is a new day to be explored!!!!

MANY hugs to all and sprinkling some glittering rainbow dust of love to you all!!!

So if anyone is in the area stop over to my booth and say Hi :) would love to meet you !!!

pop over to my shop of happiness and browse thru all my goodies

These are 2 of the most SCRUMPTIOUS
cups of warm goodness.

These are my "Bundles of Love" a few to choose from, all ready to give to someone special and the best part is... i will donate money to a food famine charity when each of these bundles are purchased :) Set up by the wonderful group of Team MadCap.

And now for the Pet Lovers out there, I have make your own treats! They are yummy and I sell out completely when I do shows. I take almost 36 boxes of this mix, &  the ones who bought at the last year show were so excited to see them back. They would buy 5 boxes!!  These are super simple to make and your Fur Baby will absolutely be drooling for more!

These are a Holiday seasonal item. Who would love to have these sitting around. They are festive, yummy, and such a special treat for Santa :)
When my kids were small we told them Santa needs a cuppa coffee to go with his cookies, so we would set a pot of fresh coffee and cookies out before going to bed. It was a few years I got away with this till one day my daughter said" mom I think your Santa because everyone says Santa like milk & cookies" & I told her no he drinks coffee!..". lolololol  so that's how she figured out the no Santa... heeheeee , but heck I needed the coffee, I was always doing the shopping & wrapping on Christmas eve!!  It was so fun!!.
Now that all my children are all grown and we have a new grandbaby to carry on all the fun family traditions with.  Grandbabe Jake already loves sitting in front of the lighted tree playing with me. I used to do this with my mommom so now i can pass on the relaxation and peace of the holiday season and instill in the next generation that its all about family not what you want or what you get, but a time of being peaceful and learning to enjoy and cherish memories & stories of past, present & future days to come. He will be just 5 1/2 months old but never to little to start to instill the good & peace of the holidays :)
this week it is time to get busy and update my dear sweet blog :) i finally have a lap top and now i am off to catch up on everything . so stay tuned for some new things popping up :)
huggs to alll :)

You have no electric!!!!! well then......

CALL ME CRAZY!!!!!!  but i love the fact that every now and them we lose electric. I feel a sense of calmness, peace, back to nature, no rushing around, no chaos, no blaring TVs, i will say i miss the music, but that is short missed when i get into the simple pace. Yes no electric means not having the "conveniences of the world" BUT when you know there is a possibility of yours going out, you prepare with simplicity and it shall be fun , in my opinion :)
So this is my prep that i put up on my Face Book Page:

Southern/ Ghetto way to prepare for no electric :) the Kimmi way :)

by Kimberly Fisher Kramer on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 9:53am
so NOT the flylady way :(  but gotta make the best of it, :)  we never have flashlights, in all these years, so off to find more candles, i have a basket of crappy ones i keep for emergency  :)

prepares for storm list:
* flashlight - nope
*1 gal h2o per person- nope
*meds- dogs & mine yeppers!!!
*gas grill-yepps
*frozen the food so when it thaws cookout :)
**candles -yess
**games- yesss
           *tub of water ........
tried but it wont stay in the tub, must be a leaky plug, hahahah , BUT i can put a bucket outside and get water, need to find bucket now..... and there better not be a hole in it or I'll be singing "there's a hole in my bucket dear Liza, dear Liza, then fix it dear Henry , dear Henry"   ,  i crack myself up sometimes!!!  LOLOLOLOL
I am so ready to pretend to be Amish lolololol  be safe everyone,:)
thinking we should do the fire pit this afternoon and cook up some left over chicken sausages with spices and dried tomatoes, best sausage ever!!! and then we wont have to worry about it going out , the rain will take care of it  :)

Now with all that being said, i wanted and asked everyone to play games : nope, hubs was worried about the trees, limbs, no electric, saying this sux , yada yada yada.......  well I have  hot coffee, sitting in woman cave, a.k.a sun room, and my lovely phone that no one saw the importance of till the outage!!  hahahahha . Hubs said , sooo what can that thing do, i kindly replied, "what do you want it to do?" he said the weather, i said yep, it can do anything.... YEA for my phone going from "not being important to needed"  luv my little cell phone :) So he was on there checking out the weather, even his FB , LOLOLOLOL.
So now back to the story, during all this prep and what we were going to cook on grill ect... i had a memory of the flood we had when we lived in MD in the early 2000, and no electric for 3-4 days and i tried to cook steak -ums on the grill, i will  say NEVER do this,i even had it in a baking dish, covered with foil,  the next thing was the grill had flames blasting all out of it!!!! so that was my last experience with a gas grill. Then when we lived in Pequea Pa, we would get flooded out alot and relied on the gas grill because once again no electric, well the one time we were cooking food in the house and wham there it went , everything off, so no problem grillin time, well 1./2 way thru the gas ran out.......we were truly stuck water 4 foot almost up to porch from the Conestoga flooding we had telephone poles floating by, huge trees, lawn furniture ect.... not exaggerating, some day i will find the picture and post them.So i had to make the comment that i hope we don't run out of gas like in Pequea.........
SO i wanted some of my Triple Dare Chocolate Cake:

http://www.LipSmackinCreations.etsy.com
yummmmmyyy right... my thoughts too, well i thought about it and came up with this, a water bath and cupcakes can be done on the grill!!! they thought i was super crazy, and saying it will never happen , it wont work so here is the process i used by WHAT i had on hand!!!
this is my "make shift water bath" larger cookie sheet has water in it , flipped over smaller sheet to fit and make a place for the cups to sit on with out getting wet .
So here they are ready to have a nice foil tent over them, don't they look yummy:)   chocolate, and more chocolate yummmmmm :)
Now here they are all covered lovingly and ready for the GRILL!!!! YEPPPEERRRSSS  i did say grill. Now at this whole process the peanut gallery is saying "its not gonna work, your crazy, your nuts, cant believe your even trying this", well i was saying the opposite!!   It is gonna work & if it doesn't "oh well at least i tried!"  Now this is what my creative brain does to me,
The Southern / Ghetto" way is what i call it.
I draw upon my life's experiences, and try things, i have the out look of "anything is worth a try, if you don't try how will you know how to succeed!! :)
Well now i get the crazy looks from everyone as i am ready to pop these babies on the grill along with our lunch, well my hubs, being a follow by the book, its not gonna work in the grill, well guess what the grill was on for 10 minutes and IT RAN OUT OF GAS!!!!!   hahhahahahahhaha   i just had to laugh, no one else thought it was funny, but i thought of memories, and ironic how it happened again.. SO now hubs is calling people to see who is open, who has gas, ect..  so there sits out lunch and dessert on grill for 15 minutes just hanging out.
So now we are back in business gas is on grilling and i am tryin to chillin with it all and then the this happens....
Hubs kept lifting the foil, saying there gonna burn, your gonna ruin your pans....ect.... I was thinking well, pans are from the dollar tree, oh well, and if it burns oh well, ...... ,So now he pulls off our lunch , we are eating it, cup cakes still on grill .
Now comes his
neurotic tendencies

check the temp, what is it at,are they burning, gas grills cook differently.....ect.........my theory is this and i said "i don't want to have to check it ever 2 minutes, or worry about the temp. I want people to know if they don't have electric and want something that is traditionally baked in oven, they can do it on a grill. My goodies are to be simple, but with that BANG of GOURMET!!!
So how do you think they turned out????  well let me show you, now keep in mind i made 2 dozen plus a square size cake, the caked before baking drizzled globs of caramel topping on top of batter:)
Well here is the experiment and the faces of the naysayers were priceless!!!!!

Fresh off the GRILL :)

fresh off grill & ripped into with the amazing aroma of all the yummmy smells of chocolate :=}
just look at the delicate, creamy ,moist texture, of my Triple dare, and i guess the name fits since i was in a way "DARED"  so to speak that it would never work!!!  they didn't even burn!! they did what they were supposed to!! yeaaaa;)
their faces were priceless, they had no words, YES i ROCKED it hillbilly style in my flannel, jeans, hair up, but with my southern/ ghetto sweets of making due with what you have :)  i am sooo proud of myself, now here is a picture of cake before being cooked,

now after it was cooked they dove in it so the picture, well there is none, but yess it was amazing!!!! just like they were done in the oven!!
Enjoy these last few pictures, I had caramel & chocolate ice cream topping to drizzle on  and even made whipped topping old skool way, (put all ingredients in a container with lid and shook the heck out of it) I think i rocked the storm out!!
Later on in the day, my daughter and i ended up playing a few games of rummy, dishes done Little House on the Prairie style, with buckets of water, and a sweet peaceful day for  mee!! :)

SWEET SUCCESS
so don't let things or circumstances stand in your way. A little bit of thinking outside the box and being creative, even if no one is on your side, take the leap and try!!! You will never know unless you try it :)
one final thing was said to me was this:
"you are a real hillbilly, flannel and cupcakes on the grill"
LOLOLOLOLOL
loved the challenge of this and they loved the out come, now remember i told you i made 2 dozen which is 24, well there is 2 left, this morning, and the 9x9 pan was 1/2 gone last night, haven't checked it out this morning , but it tells me they were yummy!!!!
SO this is my adventure during the storm!!!!!
never let a storm hold you back, go with the wind and rain and make something special out of it.
Oh one last thing i had no candle holders so this is what i used ...:)

Mason jars rock it out for ANYTHING!!!!!!
Hoped you enjoy the blog as much as i enjoyed "The Challenge"
heehehheeheheee
In my happy, bubbly, mind i won the competition :)

What is a Reflection......

We have had a lot going on and in 3 small weeks the lovely grand babe Jake will make his arrival!!   we are all so excited for this next adventure that life holds for us :D  SO will definitely having a blog coming up on Baby Jake :)

This blog post is going to be short, sweet and a thinker. :D i wish i had pictures to post with it , but not this time.

Now off to REFLECTIONS....  we all know that they can be anywhere. We catch a glimpse of ourselves passing by a window, car mirror, ponds, video cameras, pictures, mirrors ,even a shiny toaster, a spoon almost ,anything can capture a reflection.
My questions are these :

WHO do you see when you think of your reflection?
WHAT do you see when you think of your reflection?
WHERE was your aha moment regarding your reflection?
WHEN did you notice a change in your reflection?
WHY did this change take place?
HOW did this happen?

Close your eyes and relax and think of these questions, our REFLECTIONS are not what is only seen by the outside appearance's, but what is inside us that shines out.
How can we be one way with others, like putting on the mask and the full show, to be something different to the outside world?
We are acting and playing a part with the mask on to be what we want them to see.  But in reality the reflection will reflect back to you and you will have to be the one to be comfortable with the ripples in your pond.
So how is your reflection? We all have ripples in our reflections, but what are yours doing to others and your life?
Do you treat others better then your family?
Do you give respect to the elderly?
Do you condemn people for how they choose to live?
Do you judge for their lifestyle they choose?
Do you only live for yourself to be happy and no one else?
Do you help someone because you want to or because you'll get something out of it?

So  we all need to take some time and really figure out what we want and need and feel about ourselves. How are we going to slow down/stop all  those ripples of ignorance ,judgemental, hateful, hurtful, insincere.and not accepting people as a real person.

So when are we  taking off the mask?

Are we just being attached to something because it is a habit, or afraid of change?
Are you willing to keep it real?
Are you willing to LOVE with all your heart, mind, soul?
Are you able to be free and comfortable with the decisions you make?

All these things have been on my mind the past few weeks from watching others and myself. Looking closely at things in my life, watching the changes around me, nature, the simplicity of things. I know i do not want to wear a mask! I am the biggest goofball, have lots of DUH moments, lots of things that don't make sense to others, live in my " bubble" world, and most times in my own dreams. I want to be something to someone, i want to be kind, loving, generous, and soul filled with all the happiness i can give.
I love being me :)

BUT.......
Sometimes it is hard to be yourself when you fear the criticism & judgement, when you speak whats on your mind, and wait for the judgement of others to come in....like your walking on eggshells just to be yourself.

SO how are we going to fix our ripples?

xoxoxoxoox till next post :)

Hello :D MOOOOOOOOO

Hi :D
It has been a long time since i last updated so here is some random thoughts, ideas, things that have been on my brain, yes I said brain ...:)   I really do have one  , well most times it is on vacation in a happy land of fun, creativity, happiness, joy, peaceful, simple living :)
Yes it sounds crazy, but let me just tell you it helps!!   Sometimes you need a break from reality and i don't mean go and mess things up and be horrible to people i just mean DREAM, dream of things, find things that make you happy that are pleasant and beautiful. Bring out your inner child and play in the dirt, ride a bike, heck go look for bugs , catch a frog,!!!
You will instantly feel free and want to go barefoot and take a walk in the grass, grab your camera take random pictures of stuff. You do not have to be a professional to enjoy picture taking.
We all know i am no where near a professional , but i so enjoy taking my camera and taking photo shoots of random things, and capturing the conversations i had with a beauty of a cow, YES a conversation, I mooed he mooed, i mooed back, and he mooed back, then it dawned on me "oh crap! there is a parking lot of cars next to me on this random country road??  wait what is it, oh my gosh a small business, wow I know they are laughing at this nut talking to  a cow!!"
So not only did i have fun , but i am so sure that the people inside were laughing, so i made someone  else's day as well.   :D

Now that you met my friend Mooo, off on another random thing.

I spent the day in Media with family & my little niece (who is 5) we went to go see a show at the theater, Snow White, it was wonderful and not exactly like the story, they had minors instead of dwarfs, and a few other things, but anyhow, my niece Libs & I decided we were gonna be princess's for the day, so I wore a little black dress with a splash of red, my nice black heels & some earrings, put on some makeup , Libs wore her beautiful snow white dress along with her "black heels" i brought her a bracelet and we even had some "magical princess spray"!!,which by the way i think it works because, as we were walking into the theater there is this huge wall to wall mirror, and Libs caught a glimpse of herself and we were holding hands and stopped dead in her tracks and jerked me back and said "aunt Kim look I am a beautiful princess!!"  then she moves us closer and we just looked at each other thru the mirror. This is the beauty of a child , not seeing any flaws but only beauty, she looks at me and says" we are princess's" gives me a big huge smile , hugs and kisses, then with out skipping a beat turns back to the mirror and says , " aunt kim , you need to fix this piece of hair , it is sticking up!!!!!!   Let me tell you i was laughing so hard, she is so funny and just such a mini me I love it!!!

Ok so after the show we decide to go eat at the place my oldest son works at, we actually SKIPPED thru the parking lot and into the door , happy no cares of who was looking at us or laughing, i know i must have been looking like i was being the dorky dwarf but it was FUNNNNNN !!!  we skipped all day held hands and laughed in our own little world!!
So now here we are in my sons place of work taking random pictures, my son & me and even the  princess poses and all and MOST important having fun, (still dressed as princesses).
Then we went to Rose Tree  School to the strawberry festival, now my nephew Henry was with us, but Libs and i still in princess dress, skipping in front of bunches of people, dancing to the music that was playing, eating HUGE chocolate covered strawberries, and strawberry shortcake, loaded with whip cream, yummmmmmmmm, getting her face painted with a beautiful purple glittery butterfly, (yes she loves purple too & glitter she is a mini meeee  :)) while Henry is over at the fish game and won 3 FISH with   1 ball, and 1 fish previous to that so a total of 4 fishy, he gave me one and named it Marvin, lol. Now I couldn't take home Marvin yesterday cause i though he would boil on the way home, so Henry is babysitting him for me  :)
We spent over 2 hours at the fair, i ran into so dear friend, Dawn & met her Brother's wife , and watch my poppop "The Chief" become surrounded with some lovely older ladies while he is sitting on the bench all decked out looking so fine!! We just need to get him a pimp mobile, lol.( that was  Timmy's telling from Dawn to me ) To those of you who do not know , my Grandfather Was The Chief at New Providence and retired from there. He is also the man who started out the football team Rose Tree Colts, if it wasn't for him there may not have been a successful football team. To watch him at age 90, walk around and talk to many generations of people, form the older ladies he seems to attract, to the men, the new football players and to encourage all the youngster is amazing at 90yrs old!!  he is the Chief & always will be, and that is what everyone knows him by. He gets special treatment WHEREVER he goes because everyone just loves him so!
Ok so for now i think i have caught you up on a bit, and when i find or take new princess pictures i will post
xoxoxoxoooxoxoxo  to all and thanks for reading

Now the only part that is bothering me is hat i cant find all the wonderful pictures i took with my camera yesterday, I guess they are floating around somewhere in the internal or external chip inside the lovely camera, so my solution to this is , if I cant find them , then i guess i have to have another princess day with the magical spray and Libs and I can do it all over again!!!
YEAAAAA  sounds like a good fix to a slight mishap  what do you think??  wannna  come play and skipp and use some magic princess spray a.k.a. bath n body spray dark kiss, mmmmm   maybe the name has something to do with me feeling like a princess....... but i am so thankful for the magical day i had in the land of a 5yea old :)
Hopefully pictures will be following soon  !!!!!

SHOW :)

Good Morning all my readers *_*
what a beautiful day to SPRING forward, don't forget tonight is the night to set the clocks 1 hour ahead!!  I really  believe this is the 1st year i have got the right week!  I know y'all are saying yeppss that is a Kimmi thing....  I have always been on the wrong week awaiting springs arrival. I love spring & fall, they are my best seasons. The beauty of all the wonderful things popping up, changing, colors and smells are heightened, Just the pure beauty of nature at it's best , in my mind. I am a lil' ole'  country girl, with the farm, flowers, garden even down to animals.
When i was growing up it was in a little country town, where there was only 1 other neighbor! The bus stop was actually a few miles away and  our mom had to drive us. The spring rain brought lots of mud puddles, mud fights, and pure simple fun. The days of sun were for the garden, feeding the chickens, ducks, bunnies. Eating fresh veggies straight from the plant is a true indulgence. peas, green bean, tomatoes, strawberries, blackberries, and even crab apples, all tasted so good. These are the simple things that stick in your mind.
Back then, things were so different, we were allowed to drive the truck at age 10, mow grass, run a tractor, hay bails, loading up for the animals on my grandparents farm, fishing at the pond across the way, running around barefoot, then having dinner at noon time when you came in to enjoy a pure country spread.
I could go on ALL day about the simple life, But for now this is it :)

I am on my way to a show in Media Pa, sponsored thru Penn State !!  should be a wonderful time.
Amber and I are having some coffee, girl time, which makes us all giddy inside!! To go away, mmmm not sure I will know how to act.....  heeheee, We are going to be silly, girly, country, and fun lovin' girls  who live in their own world of happiness!!!!   yeaaaa  FUN FUN FUN  :)
So Stop on by and visit my booth and get a big ol country hug  :)LipSmackinCreations
